You might be concerned about your own health, or that of a loved one, and you may have heard that yoga and mindfulness can be a useful healing tool. However, there is so much information out there these days that sometimes, that in itself can feel a bit overwhelming! Where do I start?
My role as a yoga therapist and mindfulness facilitator is to help guide you to practices that will hopefully help you reacquaint yourself with the incredible healing tool that is your body and mind, and that will ultimately help you to traverse life’s inevitable ups and downs with a bit more self knowledge and compassion.
